Is $237 really the total price?
Yes — $237 is the flat price for the whole 9-seat minibus, one way. That's exactly what the nine individual seats add up to, so you don't pay a premium for the privacy of having the vehicle to yourselves. No hidden fees.
Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes. With a private charter we can arrange door-to-door pickup from your hotel or address instead of leaving from our office. The added cost depends on your pickup location, so message us on Telegram or Zalo and we'll quote it before you book. (Door-to-door isn't available on shared seats — those depart from our office.)
What time do we leave, and can we choose?
Charters from Phnom Penh run at 6:00am and 2:00pm. Because the vehicle is yours, we can shift the departure a little around those times to suit you — message us with your preferred time and we'll confirm what's possible. The journey takes around 5–6 hours, arriving in Ho Chi Minh City early afternoon or evening depending on your departure.
Do you help at the border?
Yes. A guide travels with you and handles the paperwork on both sides of the Bavet–Moc Bai crossing — typically 20–30 minutes. You stay in the same minibus the whole way; there's no changing vehicles after the border.
